Miami Welcomes Shaq

Miami Heat fans stood outside for a hour some longer to see Shaquille O'Neal step out of tractor trailer with is a picture of him trailer and the words the diesel power on the it. Shaq stepped out of the trailer and doused fans with water from his water cannon. and as he got closer to the ceremony stage. There was some confetti thrown to welcome him. In the 10 min ceremony Miami Dade Mayor Alex penellas and The City Of miami Mayor Manny Diaz gave him the keys to both the County and the City.

News conference followed after the ten minute ceremony. Shaq showed the media how professional he was not talking about past experiences with this former team LA Lakers. But focusing on the positive things that he brings to the Miami Heat. Shaq also was a comedian telling jokes and making the media know that he is also a down to earth guy. He also made it a point to let the people know that he will be doing things in the community and helping kids and people in need.
