At 11pm EST. Saturday the National Weather Service has predicted hurricane to Hurricane Dean located near Latitude 16.2 North Longitude 71.7

Center of Dean will be passing just south of The Dominican Republic and Haiti it will be heading towards Jamaica. The Hurricane is moving west or about 360 miles East-Southeast of Kingston Jamaica and about 170 miles.South-Southeast of Port au Prince Haiti. Dean is moving toward the west near 17 mph 28 and a westward or West-Northwest motion is expected during the next 24 hour expectations of the hurricane will pass just South of the Southern coast of Haiti overnight and will be near Jamaica Sunday. Dean with
Maximum sustained winds are near 145 mph higher gusts are expected an this is extremely dangerous category four hurricane on the Saffir-Simpson hurricane scale, its possible that it may intensify during the next 24 hours.

Hurricane force winds extend outward up to 60 miles from the center and tropical storm force winds extend outward up to 205 miles.

People in thet Yucatan Peninsula and Southern coastal United States near the gulf of mexico should closely monitor the progress of Dean Check your local forcast for your compete information.
